Harris Sakalis
Born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, Chef Harris Sakalis grew up in a family of fishers and hunters on the Mediterranean coast, where good food and gathering around the table with friends and family wove into the fabric of his family life.
Becky Parker
Becky Parker, CMP, joined Fairmont Vancouver Airport in 2014 as the Senior Event Sales Manager. She previously held a variety of roles at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, including Executive Meeting Manager, Catering Manager, and Conference Services Manager.
Reda Chraibi
With 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, primarily in Sales & Events, Reda joined Fairmont Vancouver Airport in 2021 as Event Sales Manager.
